Jeez, I wander away from VJ for a few years and this is what happens? Everyone is getting along here? It's all sunshine and rainbows with you guys now, love and hugs. I'm sure there's a unicorn pooping rainbows somewhere.

Are +1 donations tax deductible?

When +1's are given to NB, they are considered to be a charitable donation. So in that case, yes they are deductible.

Yeah the mods rolled through and handed out handfulls of internet Thorazine to everyone via their new moderation policies. Now it's pages and pages of folks mindlessly high fiving each other and posting photos of cats together with pizza.

It's become an even more adolescent version of Facebook.

Giving a bunch of +1's to NB might boost his confidence and help him with the intimidation he feels when dealing with intelligent women.

You think it could boost his confidence enough to leave his home without his gun every now and then? Or is that too tall a ticket to be addressed with a few +1's?

I'm afraid that is far beyond the scope of +1's MBD. That sort of achievement requires professional help.
