I know I like Dogfish Head because they are being all smarty pants with their science. Gobbling it up when I can. Eataly has a bunch of it in bottles. And I saved their bottle of Bitches' Brew. History, science, drink, and music, that's where it's at.

But for IPA, wasn't it invented to be ####### and survive long journeys from England to India in barrels? Full of bitter yuckies that wouldn't grow mold nor warm your heart? Also, doesn't the stench of colonialism make you gag a little?

I've become addicted to what I refer to as the "flower punch in the face" you get from hoppy beers. I'm drinking one tonight, its settled.

Oh and yes about the trip from England to India. I'm sure Val knows all there is to know about it. I enjoy a little taste of colonialism after 5PM. Maybe that;s just me

I meant ky. I've been to San Antonio. I really liked it. Especially the food. Holy ####### I'd weigh a million if I lived there. Oh and rocking in the new year in short sleeves. That's pretty handy.
