Post has been split from unrelated topic in the 'What Visa Do I Need' forum and relocated to the K-1 forum as the more appropriate location for this question.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

Hi there! as others mentioned, it's your NOA1 and it states basically that your cash has been checked and that your case files have been assigned to a service center, waiting to be processed and reviewed. The office address indicated in the NOA1 is where your case will be adjudicated.

K1 flowchart here for your reference: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1flow

Waiting time is approximately 5 months, could be faster or slower. You can check your online status at uscis.gov using the receipt number. :)
