I USE TO HAVE A GIRL FRIEND WHOM I MET ONLINE VIA A SOCIAL NETWORKING WEBSITE, WHO FILED A K1 VISA APPLICATION FOR ME AND WAS DENIED DUE TO WE NEVER MET WHICH IS LIKELY TO BE DENIED BUT SHE JUST GAVE IT A TRIAL THEN AND AFTER THE DENIAL SHE GAVE UP ON ME SINCE SHE COULDN'T WAIT ANY LONGER FOR ME OR TO COME HERE, SO I HAD TO MOVE ON, BEFORE I MET MY WIFE WHO FILED A CR-1 VISA APPLICATION FOR ME, CAN THE PREVIOUS K1 AFFECT THE PRESENT CR-1 VISA APPLICATION? EVEN WHEN I DIDN'T GET TO THE EMBASSY TO MAKE ANY FINGER PRINT ON THAT K1 VISA APPICATION CASE?

THANK YOU

I am sure there will be questions. How long between the two women. From the denial to the new women you married.

Also if the applications is still in the books and not formally withdraw. Don't know if need to with a denial at USCIS. But its there.

So whats the time frame of the two relationships? Because thats a big factor?

People are know to cruise the internet looking for someone to petition them . Nigeria is especially known for this. Lagos watches for this and cross references attempts. Yours may not show because it was denied for lack of meeting and never reached Lagos. If you have other red flags such as a large age difference or marrying on the first and only trip you are unlikely to have a smooth time at the interview.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
