Timeline

Hola mi nombre es José y soy nuevo en esta página.

Espero que con sus opiniones y consejos me ayuden a tener éxito en este proceso.

Somos una pareja del mismo sexo. Se ha enviado la solicitud el el martes 13 y hoy 20 de mayo le han enviado a Edward un e-mail en el cual le informan que su solicitud ha sido aceptada y el cheque fue cobrado. Nos asignaron un número de recibo con el cual podemos revisar nuestro caso en la página del USCIS.

Mi pregunta es la siguiente:

¿Cuánto tiempo tardarían en aprobar la solicitud, teniendo en cuenta que todos los papeles y pruebas requeridas para apoyar la solicitud, fueron enviados en orden?

Adjunto cover letter.

Se envió la petición al USCIS en Dallas, Texas.

Lamento escuchar eso. Me enteré de que el Centro de Servicio de Texas estaba repleto de peticiones y se necesitará más tiempo de lo habitual para procesar sus papeles.

En mi situación, le tomó 2 meses y yo estaba en el Centro de Servicio de California.

Hay personas que han presentado sus trabajos en diciembre que todavía están a la espera en el Centro de Servicio de Texas.

Paciencia.

Apr 15,2014: NOA2 Notice Via USCIS Web Site

Apr 22, 2014: NOA2 Received In Postal Mail

Apr 28: 2014: NVC Received

Apr 30: 2014: NVC Left

May 09, 2014: Embassy Received

Jul 08, 2014: Interview - Approved - CEAC Status Ready

Jul 14 2014: CEAC updated but still READY Status

Jul 16 2014: CEAC Status changed to Administrative Processing

Jul 22 2014: CEAC Status changed to Issued

Jul 28 2014: VISA received

Aug 06 2014: U.S. Arrival (Ft. Lauderdale POE)

Children (3 kids)

Apr 28 2015: Filed I130 petition for each child

Aug 21 2015: Notice from USCIS that all 3 petitions transferred to California Service Center

Sep 17 2015: Approval for all 3 petitions

Nov 12 2015: Paid one AOS fee for all 3 children

Nov 13 2015: Paid separate IV fees for all 3 children

Dec 04 2015: Filed Affidavit of Support (I864) for each child

Jan 12 2016: Received RFE for missing birth certificate from one of the kids packet

Jan 13 2016: Sent in RFE evidence ( birth certificate copy .... again O_o )

Jan 19 2016: Received notice that they received the RFE evidence

Feb 22 2016: Called and found out another RFE was being sent out about birth certificate

Feb 24 2016: Sent in (inextensa versions, not de acta versions) of birth certificates for all children

Mar 02 2016: Received notice that they received the RFE evidence

Mar 11 2016: NVC Process finished, now awaiting interview time slot to be scheduled

Mar 29 2016: Called NVC and found out today they scheduled interview

Apr 01 2016: Received Packet 4 notice via e-mail with interview date

Apr 25 2016: Children received P4 letters in the mail

May 19 2016: Interview

Jun 03 2016: Received Visas

Jul 06 2016: Travel to US

English only in upper forums please.

You did not need to send any affidavits of support and financial documentation with the I-129F. The I-134 is provided later, at the K-1 visa interview.

All petitions are mailed to the Dallas Lockbox intake facility and sent from there to the California or Texas service center. Your receipt notice should let you know which service center is processing your petition. A receipt # that starts with WAC is the CSC and one that starts with SRC is the TSC. You can click the link at the top of the forum to check the processing times for the service centers.

Usted puede hacer una búsqueda en los "Timelines" de VisaJourney para tener una idea de cuánto se está demorando el proceso en el USCIS basado en el "Timeline" de otras personas con datos parecidos a los de su petición. hola, si ya te dieron el numero de recibo, para verificar en la pagina puede tomar de 3 a 6 meses. a mi esposo y a mi se nos demoro 4 meses. asi que tienes que ir verificando cada semana, pues realmente eso no se sabe.

mucha suerte y espero que todo sea rapido

Hola Andreita. Gracias por tu aporte.

Ya recibimos la NOA1 y el número de recibo, pero al verificar el estatus de nuestro caso, nos aparece que el caso no existe; sin embargo, Edward llamó al USCIS y le dijeron que puede tardar para aparecer algunas veces, pero no significa que no estén procesando la solicitud.

A ti te apareció en la página enseguida?

Conoces de alguien que le haya pasado lo mismo?
