Hi,

I am submitting I-131 along with a concurrent I-130 & I-485. I'm unsure if I complete Part 5 (Applying for Re-entry permit), Part 7 (Advanced Parole) or both when making this submission.

At the present time, my USC wife & I do not have plans to travel outside of the US, but would like to option to take a honeymoon outside of the States, if possible. I also thought it would be wise to submit the I-131 for approval in the event that there's a family emergency in Italy. Of course, I'll stay optmistic that no such emergencies will occur, but in the event that my family required my presence in Italy, I'd like to be able to travel home with an approved I-131.

So, which do I apply for? Re-entry? Advanced Parole? Both?

Thank you so much.
