However, for the first time in a while, CSC has received more applications than they could complete!

Not that it seems to have affected them much...

TSC is doing less and less each month, I was hoping TSC hit rock bottom last month but obviously that isn't the case yet.

This is why I decided to send the Senator an email (fax actually) this morning. The trend looks uglier and uglier, especially for those who applied after Dec/Jan ... seems like they are on track for a 6-8months waiting at least !!

They don't have K-1s. They have I-129F Petitions. Also, why does it say "All Other Pending" if it's referring to I-129F's.

Is a K-1 not an I-129f? All other pending means the apps are sitting in a box waiting for an adjudicator. Texas has a couple hundred thousand applications of various types, of that number 8,203 are K-1s.

Edit: I get what you mean now, a K-1 is the end result of a I-129f. I use the terms as one in the same.

They are really behind then. Ridiculous that some kind of management & personnel issue going on over there is affecting thousands of lives. They literally have people's lives in their hands & don't give a #######.
