Depends which Service Center you go to. CSC will generally get you a 2-4 week processing time, whereas TSC will get you about 5-6 months.

Edit: Also, my recommendation is not to plan based on shortest time. Go by averages.

I was at TSC took freaking seven months, but everything has gone pretty quickly after NOA2 approval
