i m fill also gross income 1040 form tex return line 37 enter in 864 form, pls help

it is the gross income from line 22 on your tax return. I had same issue and called NVC

i m not fill 1040ez form

sand new 864 form from nvc and fill the line 22 total income in 864 form ?

Since you filed 1040 (and not 1040 EZ) you enter Gross income from 1040. That would be Line 22.

Yes, send to the NVC address on the bar coded sheet. Do include the whole AOS package again - corrected I864, W2, employment letter, pay stubs. Also the bar coded sheet on top. Also, include the checklist so they know it is a resubmit.

Since i have filled 1040, for part 6 i have fill out as line 22 was indicated. But they are saying it must match. I have the copy of my I864 and it does match. I dont know why they are giving this check list.

Any suggestions what to do.....pls help
