Can i pay for the VISA FEE + AOS Review on the same day of our interview?

The AOS and IV bills must be paid long before any interview is considered. The case is not 'Complete' until the AOS and IV bills are paid and supporting documents forwarded to NVC.

In simpler terms -- you'll never get scheduled for an interview until the AOS and IV bills have been paid and all supporting documents have been submitted to NVC.

Im doing my petition through DCF/USEM. I think its different when you file the petition abroad coz it has to pass throgh NVC.

You're correct -- no NVC involved.

That's an important bit of information that was unknown to those likely to reply -- makes a huge difference in the answer you would get.

Really? I posted a topic here at VJ regarding AOS review fee and got lots of reply saying my husband won't get a visa if we don't pay the AOS fee. ?

If you submit the aos to nvc, there is a fee. No fee when submitted at the consolate. Mentions that in the fee section of the instructions I believe.
