ohh yeah after i open my mail today from USCIS we receive our potential interview waiver case, and it says..THIS MEANS that we anticipate that delay to be approximately 6 months from the date of this letter..:(( Some of the VJ members that i read about there experience its not just 6 months..some of them it takes 9months to 12..Now i don't know what to do anymore than WAIT and pray that it will come sooner than later, bcoz i badly want to go home..:(

JAN 15, 2014 AOS FORMS FILED , send to CHICAGO LOCKBOX

JAN 23, 2014 USCIS ACCEPTANCE CONFIRMATION notice on email / received I-797C NOA1

JAN 28, 2014 APPOINTMENT NOTICE for BIOMETRICS ,RECIEVED I-797C NOA2 (FEB.18, 2014)

youre timeline states that you have I-131 approval and EAD approval...the I-131 allows you to visit home.

:) yes i already have I-131 and EAD , between my daughter doenst have yet were still waiting for it, bcoz were not applying at the same time. I need to update my timeline though. Anyway, i hope its not take that long ..finger cross :)
