So I got the email telling me my tracking number today and that it would usually be delivered within 1/2 business days.

I checked DX tracking and it said '...will be delivered by a third party' does anyone know why? I stay just south of Glasgow. I thought it was only for the Highlands and Islands a third party was used?

I tried to call DX tonight, but it was an automated service. It seemed to let me choose a delivery slot, but I was wondering if this is normal? Do you have to call? Surely they tell you when they'll deliver it, not you picking a time for the first delivery?

Anyone any experience?

Thanks

hello mate, although i am not quite at the stage of delivery, i read somewhere else that DX just tell you it will be delivered between two certain times, eg. between 8am-6pm.

I am doing pickup from depot as i am not sure i will be home to take delivery...

hope you're passport and BBE arrive safely.

It turns out mine is actually getting delivered by Royal Mail. DX don't deliver to my postcode.

It's getting delivered tomorrow!
