made mango salsa mahi mahi, rice and corn... YAY supper.

I have made versions of this without cooking - just put the fish into the salsa for a day,

and it cooks from the acid.

omg - it's amazing...

if you actually cooked, use heat - that's a good recipe, regardless. and amazeballz.... i am drooling...

It's dead easy to learn my name, address, etc, from my photo on google image search.

In other news, kiddo wiped out on her bike. Has road rash everywhere. So I suggested how to take care of it and that I don't think anything is broken since she can move, it just hurts and she's sore. Tylenol, ointment, non-adhesive dressing, and watching for infection. Poor thing. I also suggested having her brakes checked on her bike.
