I am terrible...promised recipes never delivered...shame on me and let me check

yeah bad jada! jk! we got some cod fillets today and the only thing i can think of is some kind of lemon garlic butter sauce thing. but if there is a better recipe out there i am game to try.

nothing deep fried though...cannot abide the thought of nice healthy fish getting smeared in breadcrumbs and dunked in oil

Fry, boil, soup, steam, curry, just about any way you like. No can go wrong.....
