I am terrible...promised recipes never delivered...shame on me and let me check :)

yeah bad jada! :P jk! we got some cod fillets today and the only thing i can think of is some kind of lemon garlic butter sauce thing. but if there is a better recipe out there i am game to try.

nothing deep fried though...cannot abide the thought of nice healthy fish getting smeared in breadcrumbs and dunked in oil :(
