My boss recommended me for a promotion and a pay raise today, after only working there 2 months. :) Must be doing something right!

Have a nice Memorial Day weekend, all!

How nice congratulations!

Up to 4 ###### Tylenols now....

Take advil with the tylenol. 2 different meds so you can take together then get yourself a coffee in case it's a coffee headache.

Feel better soon.

Oh as for canceling your vacation why don't you tell them that then leave to go on vacation someplace alone or with your daughter.

I'm contemplating my next move before I get a stroke

Maybe I've got my cultures confused, but in many Asian cultures, doesn't the wife move in with the husband's family and take care of his parents in their old age?

that's in many cultures Trophie.

Tiff does what she can.

But you've to understand my father.

I have a father jealous of his own son. never gave a ####### about feeding his son.

And wants his son to die before him. (May be he thinks he's going to inherit my estate?)

Um...I was JK....I was showing them a pic of you and the kiddo.....

Nowadays, the younger generations do not want to stay with parents anymore after marriage. They want their own personal space and freedom.

Chinese sayings "One mountain cannot contain two tigers", DIL are smart not to stay with MIL to avoid conflicts.

Yes, very wise. Also smart to not become a slave like that.

Troph?.....it's friday night...whatcha gonna do with the in laws?

When are they going back to Holland anyway?

Sunday, they are going back. I am in the middle of cooking right now - tomorrow we are off to Mystic and Mohegan Sun.

I'm glad Tiff is helping. Why can't you just stop catering to his needs if he is going to be an ###?
