bad shape bad....weight gain since I got here..bad...but there is muscle somewhere under there I suppose.

I used to do a lot of gym and cardio but not since I got here so not so much in shape anymore. :(

It shall change.

My hubs tried to kill me by making me go cycling with him for 3 hours, expecting me to follow his Tour de France cycling speed.

bah. yer legs are shorter - you need a motor-assist on that bike of yours.
