i have garlic and ginger, but ran out of onion yesterday. been a little under the weather so i'm not feeling up to going to the store. will it work without the onion?

the mint was for mint and lime syrup. we put it in with sodastream. :D

i do have some beef and lamb and chicken in the freezer but i am trying to minimize our meat consumption.

sorry I was getting groceries and not really without onion it is a little meh....but you can try...it will just be missing one essential flavor and won't be lemony but limey :D

Accidentally cut Hannibal's nail too short today and he cried. It bled a lot :crying:

First time I've ever done that to him. Sad days.

Tuna pasta salad, yo.

EW (not a tuna fan unless it's actual TUNA, like tuna steak. Had the most delicious tuna steak burger one day. OMG...... but tuna out of a can. bleh.)

Tuna from a can can be quite bland, I agree. I don't mind eating it. I also really don't mind eating much. But tuna steak sounds ballin' right now! I've just been on this clean eating kick for about a week, and tuna has tons of protein and is fairly lean. I'll take it!

Don't you feel so much better?! We should exchange recipes. I made a mexican chipotle chicken with mango peach salsa and lettuce wraps last night. Sgood. Even TH liked it and he hates things that are healthy! Wine is not clean, but as far as liquor goes.......

jada, can you think of any recipes that i can make dinner from with these ingredients?

tomatoes

lettuce (not very much of it left though)

canned tuna

pasta

bottled pasta sauce (ew)

lots of lime

mint

i have a sinking feeling we might be ordering pizza today lol.

I have a recipe for that.....

It's called....

Pasta with tomatoes, canned tuna, and lettuce.... :)
