I bet traveling with the tornado is a serious joy

It's not too bad now but we also haven't gone on a lot of trips. Like only 1 :P, she had the Nook to watch movies and play games.

Poor you :D

If it wasn't raining she would be outside

Sorry, but I can't stand screaming kids running around.

It's not that bad, she will outgrow it as I get gray hair :content:

Really?

That's what kids do.

I can when kids are having fun. I can't stand it when they're throwing a fit trying to get their way.

Maybe I'm weird, but I actually prefer real, "regular" sugar, than some artifical sweeteners which are made from sugar and who knows what else.

But that's me :P

Thanks for that :) Another part of my concern was that she meets the age cut off in our current town, but doesn't meet it in new town, so she'd not be the oldest if repeating Kindergarten.

I'm going to attempt to enroll her in first grade in the new town, I think. If they throw a fit because she is too young then I might not fight them on it.

I also think you may be right about the teacher, she is very sweet, but my daughter plays this "I can't do it" game with adults when she knows perfectly well how to do something.

Oh one of my boys was an expert at the "I can't do it" game too bad for him it didn't work at home.

I can see your point with the new school, everything would be different right from the start.

K, I'm off for today.

Good night! :)

Oh yes she was playing. Big brother was chasing her.She just doesn't have an inside voice for screaming :)

Inside voice, yes. Hope she gets one before she needs to go to school.

Really?

That's what kids do.

I could understand if kids are having fun at playgrounds, parks or at their own house, but running around screaming in public places like grocery stores, shopping malls, restaurants is big No No for me.

My parents expect best behavior from us when outside the house, so no screaming or throwing tantrum, otherwise just stay home.

Done with K1, AOS and ROC

Night Asia :)

I can when kids are having fun. I can't stand it when they're throwing a fit trying to get their way.

I will agree with that. Usually, if the kids are running around having fun I am running around with them and occasionally telling them off if it gets out of hand....*shrugs* I am sure there is a limit to that also though....they have endless energy so at some stage I have to say enough lol

I had taken a bite out of the BBQ chicken thigh left over. It was good :D

goes without saying ...for sure...agreed.
