My ex kept all of my stuff....I think he threw it away...was clean break for him that way....*shrugs* Man...I still miss that pyjama...my favorite ! Azz.

nah..I don't do hamburgers at all :P I do make quinoa patties...they good ya.... :D

My ex kept not giving me her paperwork so we could process the divorce. She kept saying she would, then never getting it together. Finally I caught her saying she would get it together in front of her friends. A couple weeks later, in front of the same friends of her's I asked her again if she had the paperwork, and she gave a real flippant answer of it being no big deal. He friends all gasped at her response, looking from her to me (with my yeah again look on) which embarrassed her into actually doing it. We'd been separated for years, but still she liked hanging on to the control that gave her. She had been promising the paperwork for over a year, and I was so tired of waiting. So tired in fact, that I had everything ready to go to file the divorce alone and force her to reply. I wanted to keep things civil, but waiting over a year was just totally ridiculous.

Everyone of my ex's. I neatly packed their stuff in new condition boxes, and sent it or delivered it.

Don't let him fool you. He bought boxes by the pallet load, and moved out an ex a couple times a month.

Her flippant response was something like "What's the big deal, are you in a hurry?"

On top of that, we'd been separated over 10 years, and everyone there knew it. When I finally got her to sign off on the divorce papers, I felt like a thousand pounds had been lifted from my shoulders.

I cannot believe how low some people are. Just move on . The jerk isn't even picking up his phone. He knows I can't go to the States because of my previous overstay. I even said that if h sent my stuff he could forget about the money he owes me! I left collector items behind. Aaagghh! He is probably wearing it! Sigh!

I packed all my ex'x stuff and them piled it all in the back of this beat up truck he bought and left in my driveway. I also tried to be civil and file for divorce as no fault instead of abuse and cheating, and because of that we had to be separated for a year or we would of been divorce much earlier. He actually thought he would get a say in it because he never signed anything .He ignored the part when he was served that he had 30 days to contest it. He wasn't too bright when we got letters in the mail after the judge signed he still thought he had to give permission for the divorce. I had the papers waiting to be put in front of the judge before the year wait was up, once that 1 yr wait was up they were signed.

Hi all! :)

Welcome back

Some states require a waiting period of being separated before you can divorce, unless there's a cause like cheating or abuse. I'm assuming her state or province was like that.

Heck I'd still be waiting if I hadn't caught her in front of friends twice. I would ask her every time I saw her, and I picked up my daughter there regularly. There was a time she thought she deserved alimony, because I made more money than her to. She had some pretty strange ideas. A very entitled attitude until this day. About a year ago, she actually apologized to me with how she had acted over the years. I think her breast cancer treatment, and maybe seeing stuff her bf's ex pulled on him, actually woke her up to some of the ####### she pulled over the years.

Humans suck, big time.

Ha ha! Steve must be like a Japanese man. My compliment threw him astray! lol!

I think he's used to family treating him as an ATM machine. No one ever compliments the ATM machine.
