Employing a lawyer for a case like this is the same as flushing money down the toilet. They're taking your money to do something anyone with a 6th grade education can do on their own.

I wouldn't go that far, but most people with a decent head on their shoulders could probably handle this process on their own. Some very smart people get intimidated dealing with gov't officials and by all of the paper work that comes with it. For some a lawyer is a wise choice and well worth the money.

You have the right to check on your case especially after

rfe (they wont know) if they do so what? they work for U

its a control mechanism so U don't know when they lie to U

and sit on paper work for weeks because they already got

your money

Hubby and me- both busy so we thought of hiring a lawyer- it was kind of okey waiting but when the secretary told me to stop calling Nvc it really got into me.

They (lawyer&secretary) were treating us like 6graders too for telling us to whatever we do just wait for them and not call NVC because they said that theyre already representing our case.
