That is inaccurate data. Both sets are missing AoS cases (so that should be called out), and the 2013 data is based on the 2013 CEAC data (which was badly flawed).

i just have some few thoughts on my mind that i need help fixing. just completed my form DS 260 on 18th october 2014 and am just sitting duck not know what to do. i kindly wanna know what next to do to get my Estimated Interview Date confirmed, which month could this be or if am supposed to just wait for a mail from KCC to confirm this. how long will it take me to know. Does anybody have some ideas about it. i very much will kindly appreciate your help. Thanks

No one here can *confirm* your interview date. You are already current but because you only just submitted your DS260 you will probably have to wait at least 3 months for an interview. Your date will only be confirmed when KCC update your website page which will probably be 6-8 weeks before interview.
