Successful Tourist Visas from Egypt anyone?

Hi all, if anyone from Egypt (married males) has been successful lately getting a tourist visa, I would appreciate hearing your success story on how it went, what were your successful qualifications, etc.

My friend is married, has 3 kids, is a government employee of 10 years and has some money in the bank, so I think his evidence of strong ties back home is very good.

I totally understand that Egypt is a high fraud country and the success rate is probably pretty low, but I'm just looking for some success stories if there are any out there

We have a very good Egyptian friend....known him for many years.

2 years ago, he applied for a tourist visa to come see us.

He is married, with 2 kids in private school.

He owns 2 very successful businesses.

He showed had more than enough money to sustain himself....

All his family, sisters, father etc, are in Egypt.

He got turned down....but he was told he can try again next year.
