Moving Address soon, should I postpone sending out my AOS packet?

We are moving out of our apt, signing papers tomorrow, and probably moving in just before the 1st of June.

Just awkward timing in terms of sending away documents, would it be okay to state my new address in advance of moving in? The landlord doesn't have an issue with us getting mail to the property before hand.

K1 AOS:

May 22nd: Sent away AOS package Day 1

May 27th: Notification via text/email confirming receiving package. Day 5

May 29th: NOA's recieved on 29th May Day 7

June 2nd: Biometrics appointment for June 16th arrives. Day 11

June 16th: Successful Biometrics. Day 24

If you want to go ahead and mail it, and you will definitely be able to pick up any mail sent to that new address, then sure.

Agreed with Kay. Might as well use the new address if you're certain that you will be able to get access to the mail in case any uscis notice arrives before you moved in. IMO, it will be much more convenient than using your current address then have a change of address later down the road.

I have the same issue with you. I finished my paperwork in April and are going to move in May. I decided to wait till I move before I send in my application because it seems to be a hassle to put the old address and then change it in a week or two! I definitely vote for new address AFTER you sign the paper

K1 (I-129F) petition filed in August 2013 (Approved Feb 20th 2014)
13th May 2014: AOS (I-485) & EAD/AP combo card
21st May 2014: NOA 1 and biometric letter
11th June 2014: biometric appointment
13th June 2014: RFE received via mail
16th June 2014: replied to RFE
6th August 2014: EAD Approved, AP still in initial review
12th August 2014: got tracking number for EAD
( ) August 2014: Received EAD (I forgot what date I got them but I did receive them less than 5 days from the 12th)
10th September 2014: Interview Waiver received (I wished I was interviewed)
April 23, 2015, we registered your permanent resident status and mailed you a Welcome Notice
