all these posts are about the beneficiary going to the states to visit during the process of the k1 visa, but my question is as the petitioner for my fiance and child would i run into any problems going to live with her for maybe two or three months while the process is finishing? is there anything that i need to be in the US to do that i wouldnt be able to do from down there? ill have family able to recieve the NOAs and be able to pretty much run it from down there just wondering if anyones ran into any problems or anything? thanks for taking the time to read this and hope for an answer!!

I can't see there being any issues as long as you can still furnish the necessary evidence for financial support needed at the interview. Usually this is a letter from your employer verifying employment and salary and/or three recent payslips. Will you still be earning some sort of income?

It wouldn't be a problem until you have her back in the us and have to prove that you can support her I believe. Not sure in the specifics but Im pretty sure you need to stay above the poverty line by US standards in order for her to get her green card. Ive thought about doing the same thing but realized there is no way I could make enough money in her country.

Yes, you can do that. I lived in China while I waited for USCIS to process the I-129F for my then-fiancee. Then when the State Department did its thing it was convenient for me to be there and help her gather all the documents on the visa instruction packet they sent her.
