Yes,It's just unbelievable, why it's so slow? I just thought that maybe somebody got an approval without status update on the site, but seems like they don't do anything over there! Very frustrated and upset, how long more we have to wait.....

Just wish everybody good luck with this Texas and lots of patient!

Hi Brian! No we still didn't get it,our 45 days has expired already, and nothing happened! We did try to call them one week ago, they said that we still have one week to get a decision from them! Very sad and upset, cause I don't understand how they could give us 45 days and we didn't hear anything from them yet,so tomorrow my fiance will call them again,to find out what's wrong?! Hope they will explaine smth!

So guys, nothing had happened for us withing those 45 days of our expedite reguest that they promised to do smh! two days ago this 45 period expired, yesterday my fiance called them again and guess what, nobody could answer the question why anything with our request hasn't reached yet! They just said to wait for call from investigative person from USCIS whithin 5 days who maybe help to figure out what's going on! So our approved request which could take 45 days didn't work out for us! And also they adviced to make another request which will take the same time, which is rediculios,to wait another period, what for? To hear after that that we don't know why you petition hasn't been touched even yet! We are so angry and mad, don't really know what else we can do now! I just don't understand why would they gave us that period and haven't done anything, they can't even explaine why?

If they say put in another request then put in another request, you have nothing to lose but time. There's been a few cases where expedite request was denied the first time but approved the second time.
