Can anyone help me with a question. Went for our interview yesterday, got approved. Was sent an email saying we should receive our card within 30 days. My case status on line went to the final status of Card/Production Center.

Now today received another email saying they sent out a welcome letter and should receive the card within 60 days? Also they said if any instructions on the letter to follow them or AFTER I COMPLETE ANY ADIT PROCESSING REFERRED TO IN THE WELCOME LETTER. Can anyone tell me what this means.

I then checked my case status on line and it went from Card/Production Center to DECISION.

Now It appears my wife has been approved, no doubt in my mind, but now I am confused with telling me should receive in 60 days instead of 30 days, and I do not understand this ADIT processing.

Any help on this would be appreciated.

It doesn't mean anything. USCIS are very good at sending confusing, misleading messages. Just ignore it, everyone gets the same message. Your wife will receive her green card in about 10 days.

ADIT is just another term for Biometrics (Alien Documentation, Identification and Telecommunication System) and uscis is simply fond of sending out standard confusing templates. You need not worry about this if your wife had her biometrics already.
