It's been almost 9months since my husband got approved at the embassy. Every time we call or write they keep saying the same the " Administrative process not completed". I'm really frustrated with these people taking forever with the processing. I even asked if there was a problem with the papers and they said every thing is fine. Is the anyone that have experience this or anyone that knows what I can do.

Unfortunately there is nothing you can do about administrative processing, and it will just take as long as it takes.

Administrative processing is essentially terrorism checks mandated by the PATRIOT Act following 9-11.

Well tomorrow may 18 is 2 months that I had my interview at Santo Domingo, my interview was fine, I was approved and no missing papers or 221g paper was given.

On march 24 they put me in ap, and like you I dont know why.

The worse thing is that they dont say why.

I think that we have the right to know why we are on ap without rezon.

Never in my life I havent been arrested or have tu nt had justice problem.

I am a math teacher in my country and I dont know why they do that.

AP is the black hole of the process. Have you tried having a congressional/senatorial inquiry? It doesn't gaurantee anything, but its an official resposne. If you are a voter it helps. Also, it will help if your political representative is for immigration.

I cannot imagine what you must be going through. 9 months is extremely long time without a good reason. Can emails or calling help?

E-mail or calling dont help, they answer with the same all the time, that is an internal process and that you need to wait.

They dont explain why you are in ap
