Does anyone know that we have to submit only the translation version of the birth certificate or we have to include the original one (in other language) too?

You have to submit the original too

u have to submit the original, translated version which is certified and photocopies. if u do not add photocopies u will delay and get a checklist

You have to include the translated version and the photocopy of the original. Certified are not required anymore.

The person that translates these documents requires NO special certification. The actual cert is done by the person adding a simple statement indicating they are fluent in both languages which becomes the " certification ".

My lawyer told me to translate my own birth certificate. and i did. USCIS accepted it
