Im about to file form 129f for my fiancee to come from Thailand to the USA. Do I need to send my tax returns in with the form? I dont see any place where it asks for them. Do I also need to file form I-134? I dont see where it asks for tax returns there either. Thanks!

Tax information goes with the I-134 to the interview. It then also goes with the I-864 after marriage for the AOS.

You have months to be at the point where you will submit either your complete tax return or simply request tax transcripts from the IRS. These are free from the IRS web site now.

The 134 is submitted as part of the packet 3 info which is required to set the actual interview date. The info doesn't really ask for the tax info but we have found its a good idea to submit.

I sent 3 yrs. tax transcripts with I-134 to songsang. She told me to bring tax returns(I was in Thailand for interview)...I told her not necessary but sure enough the CO at her interview asked for my 2012 return...doesn't make a lot of sense but this is what happened...FYI

and I had brought my 2012 return with me to Thailand so she had it

I never sent tax transcripts for the I-134, only a letter from my employer stating my annual salary, how long I have worked there and that I am employed full time. It only asks for tax transcripts if you are self employed.

I would humbly request this topic be transferred to the Thailand section where there are many helpful people with first hand knowledge of Bangkok, thailand requirements as requirements in general seem to vary from country to country...

You can do so by reporting the original post and stating why it should be moved. :)

You are correct that requirements vary by consulate.
