Texas is doing amazing!! It has caught up with everyone else...you should be hearing from them next month.

I sure hope you are right, but it is a little discouraging when I hear that Texas is still doing early December when others (VSC, CSC) are processing at this time within 3 month and some even faster...

amazing??? Really? They have my case since Nov 05 2013 and they haven't approved it. 7 months already. I think they are working maybe a little bit harder but not amazing.

I agree! My pd is 12/11/13 and still waiting for NOA2. Alot from Dec 5th got approved from NSC already and they were slower than TSC. Hopefully we hear something next week. Since ur already at 7mos, you can submit a service request since its out of standard. Im gonna do that next week if I dont hear anything. Good luck everyone!!

NOA1 august 2013 here...almost 10 months. Waiting for them to receive second RFE we sent...

My husband called USCIS a few days ago and was told they will look into why it is taking so long and call my husband back in 15-30 days

At this time Texas SC is the slowest place for i-130... I wonder why is that? Is Texas short on staff? Is it overloaded with some other priority? Unfortunately NBC stopped case shuffling among service centers or else there would be case transfers to others as Texas clearly lags... So wish Texas SC goes quickly despite all the pessimism...

you should contact uscis then.As because they tell to contact them if u dont hear from them for few months

hi I did everything I could do. I contacted my congressman, I emailed the supervisor at uscis, and I also put a service request last Monday and I got approved yesterday. Thanks god! Thank you for your help:)

Thought TSC is realy slow, but in my case they've moved pretty fast. Got NOA1 on 26th Febr 2014 and petition was approved yesterday :).
