Without Visa Journey I dont know what I would do, or most of on one here would do... This thing is the most frustrating thing that ever happen since I known myself... Its hard.. and I am only at the stage of filing.. What am I going to do few months from now... smh... Tears in my eyes everyday...

Argh... I feel for you.. I'm just about 5 months in... and It's really tough... And my fiance only lives 50 minutes away so I see him every week.. and it is STILL hard.. so I can't imagine what a lot of other people are going through. I just think.. you know everything happens... when it happens for a reason... and you will get your visa when you are meant to.. Use this time to... see friends and family... work on yourself ... concentrate on you a bit... prepare for the move. Don't come on here everyday...or check your status of your case everyday... it just gets depressing... Try to stay occupied :) It will be over before you know it. 5 months has flown by for me for the most part. Keep your chin up.

Have since been ANXIOUSLY awaitting ANY kind of change.. or news. :clock:

JUNE 16TH 2014- NOA2 APPROVED- YAYYYYYYYY :D

JULY 1ST 2014- NVC RECEIVED OUR CASE! B-)

AUGUST 5TH 2014- MEDICAL :innocent:

AUGUST 20TH 2014- INTERVIEWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!! :dance:

AUGUST 20th 2014- APPROVEDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD!!!!!!! :energy:

Time will fly. Its been one year for me and i tell you

Its by FAR the most diffcult thing i have done and you start to doubt

Your self. Right now my case is at NVC so things are picking up but not fast enough.

But we made it this far!!!

Stand strong and know it all worth it in the end!!!!!

I-130:

03-16-2013: Marriage JAMAICA

05-31-2013: I-130 Noa1

02-25-2014: NOA2

NVC

03-10-2014: Case # and IIN assigned (both cases hubby and step daughter)

04-14-2014: DS261and AOS available

04-15-2014: AoS fee paid

04-21-2014: IV fee paid

04-23-2014: AOS mailed next day

05-14-2014: fake checklist for civil documents

Called and was told AOS was reviewed and accepted

05-16-2014: IV documents scanned in

05-19-2014: another check list asking for civil docs.called and confirmed.

05-23-2014: called for update. There just waiting to review the package scanned in on

06-13-2014 CC

06-24-2014 called and recived interview date

06-25-2014 interview. Email

08-05-2014 interview

08-05-2014 APPROVED

5O Mins away... Man.... I am jello.... and i bet others are too.. Yup... Everything happens for a reason... There will always be obstacle when moving towards great achievements..Nothing in life comes easy as they say ... easy come.. easy goes.. I will take your advice being you been in the process far enough.. But I think time fly by very fast for u because you are able to see him most times... I am with my fiance now... We will be filing sometimes next week and we will be apart come August :( .. I am keeping my fingers cross.. I have no patience... lol Thank u for the advices

Yup! hang in there.. You been through the rocky roads so far.... Soon.. By the blink of an eye.. I hate to think about it.. I am so emotional and I cry every time I think about it.. Today we are finalizing the package and I been crying every time I thinking about the wait and all that may happen in-between the USCIS...

I dont get to see Hubby often. Since we got married i have been back to JAMAICA 3 times.

Do you know the.feeling getting married and leaveing your family behind

Its crazy!!! I have a stepdaugther crying because she wants me to stay.

If this dont make us stronger what will!!!!!

I got to see my fiance a few days in October and a few days in March. We have known each other a year. I want him here already!!! Getting ready to send necessary paperwork to the Embassy and I am hoping it does not take 3 - 5 months for a friggin interview like I have been seeing on here for Egypt. UGH :cry::crying:

So many people have only got the chance to visit their other half once.. so sad.. Can u imagine sleepless nights and stressful days... Visa Journey of any kind is good for weight lol.... U may have to wait sweetie but it'll worth it..

It will make you stronger.. I bet every time u hear the baby cries for you, ur heart pains... I think the married couples have it even harder.. I mean.. married.. u should be up and about making the best of a new life.. Everything will be ok soon..
