Traveling to Canada on advance parole?

Hi, I applied for i-485, i-765 and i-131 on 18th Feb 2014 (My wife is US citizen & I came to US through tourist visa). My applications were received by USCIS on 21st feb 2014 and i-765 & i-131 were got accepted on 24th feb and i-485 on 27th Feb. But my i-94 was expired on 23rd Feb 2014 and I was in US illegaly for some days. Now I got my work authorization and advance parole combo card and I want to travel to Canada but I am not sure if I will have problems when I come back to US(as I was illegal alien for some days). My interview is in june 2014 for PR.

So my question is, should I go to canada for some days(without having any trouble coming back) or should I wait until I get my PR card?
