DS 260 Review

Dear VJ Family.

I will like to have somebody tell me when my case can be likely get completed at the NVC and explain what I got from the CEAC as stated below.

I and my wife got an e-mail confirmation from the CEAC on April that states that our DS 260 was sent to the NVC and we should wait for a 30 business day to review it then when I went through the same letter at the botton is says the case was completed on April on 21st 1014, So I do not know what to believe and in the Next step notice I saw.

1, Obtain and submit required supporting civil documents.

2, Obtain and submit photographs that meet the Department of State's visa requirements.

3, Review the information specific to the US. Embassy/Consulate General where your interview will occur.

Did you submit the IV package (beneficiary's civil documents) already?

Actually our lawyer handled all those, but what kind of beneficiary civil can it be? because I could remember I sent load of stuffs to my wife sometimes ago I'm just asking to know if was sent with the paperworks I sent.

The IV package consists of the beneficiary's birth certificate, marriage certificate, divorce/annulment decree (if applicable), police certificate, photocopy of passport bio page and visa photos.

The IV package should be mailed to NVC right after paying the immigrant visa fee ($230).

Right I sent all those but not the divorce/annulment decree, I have never been married, this is my first time and we've paid the IV

fee as well.
