I have USAA, the rate is apparently good. As others pointed out in another thread, USAA customer service and claim action is excellent. I will stay with them.

How about you?

I'm in Massachusetts. :(

As a nearly lifelong New Jersey resident, you have my sympathy.

Geico, but now that we're in a state where we can afford any insurance we want instead of having to settle for the cheapest because even the cheapest is outrageous ($1500), we might switch sometime soon-ish. I've heard State Farm and Farmers are both really good.

my husband used Metlife through a company plan

worse customer service I ever encountered...worse rates I've seen

I got added on...spelled my name wrong..corrected that, my SSN was wrong, corrected that, my birthdate was wrong..kept moving drivers on different cars so rate would increase..just bad news

throughout all this, the rate went up and down...can't remember what we paid but now we have 3 cars, 3 drivers (one is 16 yrs old) and we pay $165 month with State Farm

i have Amica Insurance and they are FABULOUS! I had 4 accidents in 2 years (NONE my fault #####ing crazy Florida) they were absolutely wonderful. We are only paying $90 a month for great coverage (100/300) with lots o bells & whistles. they totally took care of me, and 90 a month is almost nothing compared to what i paid in CT.

I have AAA and it's been good. I got into an accident and they covered a luxery rental car for as many days as it took to fix my car at no cost to me. Maybe that's standard but I was pretty pleased.
