AOS I-864 Question

My wife and I were married on May 2nd, she lived here for 2 years prior to us getting married, she has a SSN. We stopped by the SSA office and started the process to change her last name to mine. Now we are ready to send in the I-485. My question was do I fill out the I-864 or does she fill that out? Also just want to be sure we initially only send in the I-485 and I-864 and the fee to start the AOS process? Thanks in advance

I should mention she arrived on a K1 Visa

You fill up the I-864 as the sponsor for your wife.

You should also file I-765 and I-131 concurrently with I-485, with no additional fee.
