My husband just called today since it's already 4 weeks after we sent the petition they said that it was rejected because of missing signature what makes us upset is we haven't received any noticed about this no email no letter :(

well when did they reject it? It usually takes a few weeks to get notice. Sorry. I hope they rejected and sent back the money also. Do you have a case#? If so yikes.

Rejected cases do not have case numbers. Yes, unfortunately it takes a few weeks to get the notice and your file back.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

Yeah we didn't get case #,my husband used money order he's waiting to get it again so we can file again I hope it won't take that long it's too frustrating

One of Vj here there petition send back to them after weeks because they missed signature... they just signed it andsend back to uscis... they dont pay again and after 15days she got approve this month....

July 26, 2011: Received NOA2 via text/email!!!

September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)

September 23, 2013: Received NOA1 in mail (receipt date September 19th)

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

They don't throw away your file. They are just slow about returning it. It takes a few weeks sometimes.

Just wait few weeks and they send it back to you... she's from Philippines too... and she told me what happen to her petition... and she said the reason why her petition back because his husband forgot to sign G325a... but they already send it back to April and they just got approved recently... have patient and pray... have a good day and God Bless us all.... :) :) :)
