I'm hoping someone out there can set my mind at ease! I applied for my AOS, EAD and AP back in mid October 2006...I received my NOAs of receipt on the 30th Oct

Since then I haven't heard ANYTHING! I was hoping for my AP by Christmas and didn't receive anything, and still haven't heard anything...is this normal? (I know it hasn't been 90days yet, but I desperately want to go back to see my family!)

Few questions:

- is this normal not to hear anything inbetween (I did have a fingerprint interview on December 21st, but nothing relating to AP)

- is there somewhere I can contact reguarding the AP, I noticed on other posts people are talking about applying online...I didn't know this was possible...

October 14, 2005- NOA1

October 21, 2005- NOA2

February 24, 2006 - K1 Interview

February 28, 2006 - Received visa!! - wooooooo!

July 19, 2006 - due to head out to the States...

Sept 9 - WE GOT MARRIED!!

Oct 18 - filed AOS/EAD/AP paperwork

Oct 30 - received Transfer notice (to California Processing Center)

Nov 28 - received appointment notice for biometrics

Dec 21 - appointment for biometrics

Jan 23 - received EAD card

Jan 24 - received AP

May 17 - received e-mail regarding greencard - IT'S ON ITS WAY!! :-)

I would suppose you could make an infopass appt to find out the status, but I'm also guessing they'll say you have to wait until 90 days have passed before anything can be found out. Just guessing though.
