Thank you!!! We did not put a request in for expedite. I assume they gave us ours sooner because we put a soonish wedding date on our DS-160

Our interviews are exactly a week apart. My medical exam is in a week and 3 days, exactly 1 week before my interview.

Planning to get a November 1st ticket if everything goes well.

Medical is on the 22nd for me. Which is great. One week before the interview. Let me know how it went and what you used or had to provide extra so that I can prepare according to the latest info :-)

Congratulations on the recent approvals!!! This is getting really exciting!

What has everyone's experience been getting the petition to the NVC? It took 10 days for ours to be shipped, and has still not arrived almost 2 weeks later. Is this normal? Everytime I call they tell me to expect a month but I find it impossible to believe that it takes a month to get from Texas to NH. Is it going by horse and buggy?

So much for thinking that the process would go quickly after getting to the Belize embassy. I figured since it is a small country with very few fiance type applications it wouldn't take long. Wrong thought. They have had the file since the 19th of September, but they still haven't put together packet 3. I called them today, and they said that it was supposed to be done this week, but it won't be ready until next week. Then, my fiance has to go pick it up (a five hour drive), and then they might do the interview sometime mid-November. :crying:
