Approved!!!!!!

Finally after 178 days!

Although I was mildly disappointed my phone didn't set off firework ;-)

Does anybody know how long it takes to send papers from TSC to NVC?

I was looking exactly for your case to ask you about the same:) I just remember I saw we have the same timeline. We got approved the 5th of September too:)

And our status on the website still didn't change for "we shipped this case to the...". It's still saying the same:"we have approved...". Did your status change or it's still the same? I'm pretty worried, it has been 11 days after NOA2.

TSC didn't slow down. They just missed some people from Feb & March for some reason. I don't know why.

They've certainly slowed down! The April filers on Igor's List are those who have been transfered to CSC.

I thought there was at least one document that required an original signature? I also thought you needed to send a copy of the original packet that was filed for NOA1 don't you? If not, email would certainly be a better way to go about this.

There is. An updated letter of intent from the petitioner with an ORIGINAL signature. So no, They can't just email it. Has to be original x
