Hi everyone! I wanted to ask you when it would be better to contact a senator. Do you think we have to wait 6 months or would it be fine to contact after 5 months?

You can contact them now if you want, But they can't speed up the process unfortunately :)

You can contact them after 5. They can't speed up the process but you might get some information that will give you a better idea when you might receive an answer.

I did this and my fiance really wished I hadn't because all it did was give me more to worry about but it really didn't change anything.

With some luck the package should be shipped to the consulate over here. If that is correct I will be moving before end of October! All I need to do know is speed up my graduation process so I have to work hard and turn the paper in earlier. Time to kick ### on that with my manager who wants to help.

Long weekends of work incoming.

After approval notification

give or take a workweek.

Anyone had their package shipped to their respective consulate for those who had the package sent to the NVC? I dont want to call since that line is pretty shitty.
