I hate you, USCIS for being so unfair. The transfers are getting approved even though they're late April, May, and they still keep us waiting. I wasn't such an angry person before but this process changed my personality .....

K1 Journey: AOS Journey:

March 25, 2014: I-129f sent. April 16, 2015: Date filed.

April 1, 2014: NOA1 received & check cashed. April 22, 2015: NOA received.
April 2, 2014: Alien Registration Number changed.
Sep 16, 2014: NOA2 - Petition approved!
Sep 23, 2014: Case shipped to NVC.

Oct 01, 2014: Case arrived at NVC.

Oct 03, 2014: Got our case number!

Oct 06, 2014: Left NVC.

Oct 17, 2014: At the Embassy.

There are not a lot of transfers being approved. Actually, compared to how much have been transferred, it's nothing. And TSC is currently approving more petitions each day than CSC. I think it will be not even faster for some of us to get approved than if we would have been at TSC still.

But it's not up to us so we can just wait and see... Even if it's frustrating.

I hope you'll have your NOA2 very soon!

I think you will still be approved faster than if you had remained at TSC, even if it is by a few weeks from what we were seeing as the average (~185 days) pre-transfers.

Thank you!! I would love everyone to get approvals as soon as they can, but it makes me a little sad to see how USCIS works. I appreciate your support! I really hope you won't have to wait as long as we have, and will get approval shortly! I hope all of us will before I turn into an aggresive monster :D

Anybody in the Dominican march filers who still waiting? I'm frustrated stressed about that thing. Today marks 5th months since I've been waiting I guess there's a chance it can go on for another month smh ugh!!

I received mine 5 month and 1 day after NOA1... so dont worry anytime from now ur goin to receive yours, it is a long process and stressful too, everything is goin to be fine and at the end of this journey your goin to be very happy. :goofy::goofy:

I contacted both senators and the congressional rep's offices. No one was particularly interested in the details, just the basic facts (ie the dates and case number). They said it would take a week for someone to get back to me.

I say just go ahead and send everything today! Hopefully it'll all be in place by Tuesday when then summer is officially over and the world goes back to work!

And I got this reply from the congressman's office right away. What do you think this means?

"I spoke to our congressional liaison at the Texas Service Center regarding your fiancé petition. There was a delay due to a hit on R’s name and this issue had to be resolved. The file is currently in transit back to the officer. The liaison could not provide a timeframe for a final decision."
