Thanks. I will keep this thread updated. So far, my only new update is that I've tried to call NVC 20 times since 9:48AM CST but all I get is a busy signal.

It looks like nvc taking mad long as well...ugh what a journey!?

With our NOA1 dated the end of March (25th in fact) I even didn't expect to be approved before September 15. But yesterday I checked (I don't even know why I did it, because I was not even hoping for anything) and read what everyone here wants to read - we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Though there is nothing in the e-mail from them

It was great to finally see it regarding our case status

Another update. After about 60 attempts, I finally got through to NVC. Here is the conversation:

she was rude. she wouldn't even pull up my account. just asked me when i got the notice. i told her & she said "it can take up to 5 weeks." so i said "you don't see it?" & she said "it hasn't been 5 weeks yet." so i said "you said "up to 5 weeks, so it could already be there." & she said "it's not in our building." they're obviously overworked

wow that was rude ,they probably over working cause they are getting a lot of approvals I think they should hire some temp people too like the TSC did.

Just spoke with someone from one of our senator's offices. She was very nice and well aware of the whoes of the Texas Service Center. I signed and emailed her the privacy form and our NOA1 right away, and she said she would give TSC a call and get back to me later.
