FYI: If you create an excel sheet, you can get a pretty decent idea of the TSC's processing times by using the timeline date.

For example, if you review the last 50 TSC Form I-129F approvals, delete the 9 Filipinos, delete the fastest 5 approval, and the slowest 5 approvals, the average approval time for the remaining 31 petitions is 184 days from the date of the NOA1, ranging from 174 to 198 days.

Good way of looking at it.

I get what you're saying, but most if us will remember this process. And things can happen during this separation. I'm terrified that something may happen to my fiancé & I'll never see him again, or vice versa. This process isn't easy. And I'm getting older. These 6 or more months ARE a long time in my opinion. I waited 31 years before meeting him or even knowing he existed & I can't deal with him not being in my life. I'm not getting any younger.

Regardless, with the jump in January last week, hopefully this means they'll start feb soon which could mean you guys should be approved in September. I'm hoping for that, cuz I'd love to be approved as soon as possible. Stay positive, everyone! I know it's hard...

I am the petitioner.

It looks like TSC is processing mainly mid - end january petitions right now (with some rare feb approvals appearing), last month they were mainly december (with some rare january approvals). If this keeps up, next month should be mainly february approvals. So I expect us March filters to start getting approved in higher #'s by end of August, Early Sept. :)

But looking at here http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/monthly_filers.php?form=1&visa=1&scenter=3&option=3&sortby=2

you can see that less than 60% of January petitions have been approved. And it's the end of July now and they still have more than 40% to process. So I won't be so hopeful to be approved in September (March filers). Though I was hoping for the end of September myself but I am afraid that it won't happen with such approval rate

That chart isn't a holy grail, it can be off signficantly, since many people may not report back after approval. I'm looking at the approvals, and I'm seeing mainly mid-end january, last month I was same for december. Let's see what August brings, the bar graph isn't as reliable of an indicator.

I estimate people with our NOA1s should have NOA2s no later than the end of September. That's 6.5 months processing time.
