Hey.. I know the I-134 Affidavit of Support form is not required to send in with the I-129F package... My fiance have been in school for the past 5 years.. so that states unemployment on his G-325A Form also... We have our co-sponsor but was just wondering if we could send in both his I-134 and the co-sponsor, then take an updated one for the interview? I hope I didnt sound silly..

you don't have to submit the I-134 form with the I-129F packet. The I-129F process is verify the petitioner and beneficiary meet the requirements to apply for the K1 visa. After USCIS approves the I-129F it goes to clearinghouse for the file to be set up - issue case number - us background checks and then sent to embassy. Once at the embassy the beneficiary applies for the the K1 where the I-134 is a requirement for the K1 visa application.

No reason at all to send the I-134 with the I-129F petition. You even stated yourself they are not required with it. They will do nothing for your I-129F petition approval, and the USCIS adjudicator will most likely ignore them since they do not deal with the affidavit of support and financial aspects. Those are handled by the Dept. of State at your consulate when you apply for the K-1 visa. If you want to front-load with extras just for the consulate to see before the interview, then provide relationship evidence, not an I-134.
