my question is :

i have 2 relatives in US, one is my wife Cousin, other one is My British Uncle friend ( business partner in UK )

i spoke with both of them, they are ready to be our petitioner .. so im asking will this help me out in my interview in the embassy .. i mean can i submit 2 forms of affidavit of support or they will not accept .. and also i dont have much money in my bank account .. less than 10k USD .. so i want to submit these two petitioners if it will help my case.

and in case i have to select on of them ..

1- my wife cousin .. its a big family having good business in Miluwakee .. they even have embty appartment for us

2- my unlcle friend .. is a bussinessman staying with wife and 2 kids only .. a big bank account

what you suggest ?

One would do, two is also possible. However, It is important that their income/assets can be shown to exceed the federal poverty guidelines. So - the cousin option - because they have lots of kids their income may not be that high (more kids means they have to have more money to support their own kids). However, if they are willing to provide the apartment they can specifically describe that on the I134 as the type of support they will give and that can be helpful. Of course - you would then have to plan to use that as your initial address - even if you change your plan later.

Oh and they will also take the connection between you into account in weighing how committed someone is to support you. So - the cousin (real relative) would carry more weight than the "British Uncle friend" (sounds like not a relative).
