come on guys he is only 17 and still a kid.

yes, he sure is... he shouldnt have thrown his hat into the ring with adults if he couldnt take it... i dont feel sorry for him... the prize of this contest is to be the next AI, with recording contract and touring... the winner will be thrust into the limelight with a sometimes very cruel media... if he cant take public scrutiny, then he isnt cut out for this contest... same goes for anyone else

he is eating it up now... i think he is really beginning to think he is some hot stuff... but he will grow up... and when he looks back at this and realizes what a laughing stock most of america thinks he is, who knows how he will take that...

March 10, 2005 mailed AOS and EAD applications to Chicago

April 18, 2005 EAD and AOS receipt dates for NOA

June 30, 2005 AOS RFE evidence submitted (translated birth certificate)

August 10, 2005 ---EAD approved via infopass appointment

October 18, 2005 - AOS interview in St. Louis - received an RFE for vaccination supplement

February 9, 2006 - denial for AOS letter due to the wrong form being submitted from the doctor. PLEASE MAKE SURE THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN TO YOU!!

February 16, 2006 - USCIS accepts the motion to reopen without an additional fee - finally something goes right! We should hear from USCIS St. Louis office within 2 weeks.

April 3, 2006 - Received welcome to America letter in the mail!

April 8, 2006 - Received GC in the mail - done for 2 years!!!!

March 1, 2008 - mailed off I-751

March 3, 2008 NSC delivery confirmation

March 10, 2008 NOA 1

March 28, 2008 Biometrics appointment

Legal Permanent Resident - just waiting for time to pass for him to have eligibility for citizenship.

He's has no discernible talent for the show and takes up way too much room there. Plus, whether he's 17 or 71, he's so gay it fcuking hurts.

Do I notice a slight Homophobia?

What does it matter if he is or isn't?...Are they not still questioning Clay Aitken's sexuality too?

Thought it was meant to be based on talent, not sexual preferences?

I understand the kid has no talent, but that coment is discriminatory, and I'm sure the writer of that comment, would not appreciate derogatory comments about his nor his wifes race, just like sanjaya would not appreciate the sexual preference referencing.

Just my 2 cents worth,..and nothing personal et-us, just expressing my opinion

The timeline... (Frankfurt) for the kids visas

10/22/2007 Filed I-130 x 2 in person + paid 710 USD (355 each )

10/22/2007 Filed DS-230 part 1 x 2

10/22/2007 Received the document checklist and FRN (case) numbers

12/18/2007 I-130 petition approved, but I didn't know. I was away at the time, didn't get confirmation letters til I got back from the states.

12/20/2007 Notice of Approval arrives in tha mail. According to the date received stamp on back of envelope at my post box.

Will now wait til hubby is back from Iraq to fax in checklist readiness, even though, I have been ready since day of lodging I-130's. all except medical.

02/18/2008 Faxed the "checklist" back to the consulate.

02/25/2008 Medicals completed.

02/25/2008 Appt letters in mail for appt on March 7th. Cant go due to prior military commitments. Emailed consulate and received an amended appt date of March 12th 2008.

03/12/2008 Visa interview - APPROVED x 2

03/27/2008 Visa's finally generated. I emailed the consulate. they apologised for the delay. They forgot to issue the visas after approval.

03/31/2008 Received visas

04/26/2008 Flying out of Frankfurt to next duty station on orders.

ok...

melinda did good... not as sexy as it could be, but hey... its melinda

lakisha did great... i thought she had fun and was sexy

chris... SOOOOOOOOOOOOO not sexy... his voice was like sugar coated pop... not sultry... not sexy... it hurt to hear one of my favorite songs sung like that... when i hear the original by rob thomas and santana, i HAVE to get up and dance... i was just praying that chris' version was over :(

and now to have to suffer thru haley-kathie-lee-gifford... and know that suckjaya is coming up soon... only waiting for jordin is keeping me from turning off the tv now

i missed what simon said at the very end of his critique of lakisha that everyone reacted to...
