I can't believe Sanjaya didn't go home. Sujeet thinks it's because all the Indians in the US who watch the show are voting for him, just because he's Indian. LOL. I don't think that's totally it, but if it is, that'd be so annoying!!!

I think it has a lot to do with all the preteen girls voting for him too.... just like they did with Ace Young :P

I feel sorry for Sanjaya. Yes, he sucks royally, but it's not his fault that he's still on the show. He is going to get a lot of ####### that he doesn't deserve.

yeah, he always seems to look totally shocked when he finds out he is still in it...

Sanjaya was in the bottom two :)

so like I said "Vote for the Worst" seems to be losing its power ... :P

I don't know if AI is honest about the voting order/sequence, but assuming they are, the fact that Sanjaya is still there is hilarious. I was laughing too hard and missed the reaction afterward.. someone mentioned they cut the ending short?

Yes, they didn't show Brandon singing, they just cut it off and the show was over but they have been doing that in all the previous shows too. I remember that Brenda girl from last year, got cut off too.

There are a lot of people that vote for the worst as well, why I don't know!! He was just horrible, one of the worst ever. As well, one could not even tell if he was a guy or gal, just plain horrible, lol

Canadians Visiting the USA while undergoing the visa process, my free advice:

1) Always tell the TRUTH. never lie to the POE officer

2) Be confident in ur replies

3) keep ur response short and to the point, don't tell ur life story!!

4) look the POE officer in the eye when speaking to them. They are looking for people lieing and have been trained to find them!

5) Pack light! No job resumes with you

6) Bring ties to Canada (letter from employer when ur expected back at work, lease, etc etc)

7) Always be polite, being rude isn't going to get ya anywhere, and could make things worse!!

8) Have a plan in case u do get denied (be polite) It wont harm ur visa application if ur denied, that is if ur polite and didn't lie! Refer to #1

Phil is from Jacksonville.

He's in the Navy BAnd....i was shocked to hear that was an actual job.

One of the easiest jobs in the Navy other than Postal clerks.

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."

I definitely agreed with her when she said that she would be the one voted off.

I'm a *huge* Motown fan and I loved Diana in her heyday but I'll confess I hit >>> through her after about 30 seconds - sort of like all the guys but Phil and Chris S. I've been critical of the guys all along - for good reason - but this week was hard on them with it being the first night on the big stage and Diana as the song choice. In the end Suckjaya wasn't voted off but it's not like the guy who took his place had a chance anyway. As the field dwindles the VFTW.com people have less effect. Unless the next song choice is from 'Dead or Alive' I predict Suckaya is gone next. :P

We were sorry to see Brandon go, after all he has toured the world with some big stars - so keeping Sanjaya is a joke!

Plus he did the song like the original and got slated, but then the judges ripped apart all the others who changed the original - what do they want?!?!?!

Btw Fuzzness - if you think Chris Sligh sings better than Melinda & Lakisha, you may need to get your ears checked

We are still backing Melinda & Lakisha as the final 2.
