Never can be sure. Dial Idol has pretty good accuracy, but they're not perfect.

Wow! Those predictions seem tooooo weird!!! Especially the men???????????? I really liked Melinda and Lakesha last night, I missed a little of the beginning 40 mins or so because of a phone call grrrrrrrrrr.

I think the best friend gal got many vote just becasue of maximum exposure on TV before the show... and that she's pretty.. I cant stand her singing last night

Yeah, Antonella was pretty horrible IMO. I did feel bad for her, though. She seemed upset by the judges' constant, "well, at least you're really pretty".

My 9-year old sister voted for Antonella. I think she's grabbed the Kellie Pickler demographic...

I don't think they were great, I'm still not impressed. Maybe is the choice of songs, dunno.

I greatly dislike that Leslie girl, she's annoying and Antonella's performance was terrible.

I watched both shows last night (DVR - the only way to watch TV). After seeing the ladies sing I would say 3 or maybe 4 at best guys deserve to make the top 12 and I don't think any of them can win. The rest of them have zero chance of making the top 3 let alone winning because there's 6 ladies who have better voices than every guy in the competition. I dislike the 12/12 ratio simply because of this. There were girls sent home that are head and shoulders better than half of the guys in the final 24. I grabbed all of the performers/songs from AmericanIdol.com and pasted it below.

I agree with your choices only I'd add Melinda to that group. There's 6-7 really good ladies this year but a good voice doesn't always win (see Taylor Hicks ).

Only 3 guys stood out to me... Blake (surprised me), Phil, and Chris (Sligh). The rest were between boring and terrible. I'm glad I had my DVR to FF through some of them.

I agree 150% with you on this! Most of the ladies performed very well last night and underscored the BLAH performance of the guys the other night.

I like him and his blues... but i know he did very bad last night... so sad.. i dont want him to leave and give him one more chance to shine.... at least one more blues and he'll be ok

I like that Chris too though.. he's good!

YAY! Someone else who likes Sundance. Although I have to say, I really only liked his very first audition. I keep holding out hope that he will do something like that again, but I may have to abandon hope soon

Those are the 3 guys i like, but if the women keep singing like they did lastnight, they dont even have a chance. I really like Melinda, shes soooooo talented but also so humble. Its a nice change like.

I thought Sundance was awful on Tuesday. I was surprised when he got into the final 24 because other than his original audition he was terrible (even he admitted it). I'm totally lost on how he's #1 in the DialIdol.com predictions after that performance. Of course, I guess I shouldn't be shocked at the voting public given the winners in recent years. Taylor & Fantasia ring a bell?

I like Sundance on his first auditiontoo and kinda dissappointed of the rest and i was hopeing what he gets that blue wibes back again... but if he's not getting better i think he should just go home too.. i'm also surprise of the perdiction of the vote... at least he shouldnt be even on the top half...

I really liked Fantasia too! She on Idol tonight too btw. I couldnt believe Diane DeGarmo made it to the top 2 But that goes to show you how the public votes. Sundance doesnt deserve to be there IMO. His audtion was great, but he went downhill after that.

I thought Fantasia had one good performance (the sultry slow song she sang laying down) and the rest were average. I didn't like her personality or annoying nasaly style. Apparently my opinion was in the minority there though. I think Season 4 had a very weak field and I quit watching when La Toya London got eliminated. Season 4 had another weak field (example) and Carrie was good enough to win it. I've heard her sing country songs and she sounds pretty good. I quit watching last year when Chris Daughtry got voted off. What has Taylor done since winning but that awful Ford commercial? He's going to be another Rueben. In my opinion Kimberly Locke should have won over Rueben. Kelly winning year one set the bar for the show. So far no one even comes close.

yeah, I hate that too... they should have the top 24 singers ..... a lot of good women singers are going to go home to fill the quota of 6 guys... The only guys that have a half decent chance are Blake Lewis, Phil Stacey and maybe Chris Sligh..... but the girls totally out sung the guys...

If I remember correctly this is only the 2nd year they are doing the 12 and 12 thing... other years they did the top 24 singers....
