  1. 1. Is It Right that This Process Makes People Sorry that They're Americans?

    • Yes, this process is necessary for national security and those who complain are just unpatriotic whiners
      3
    • No, it makes no sense, in 4 years tops this country is going to give citizenship to 11 million people who never went through it and nothing bad will happen, it's big government and the national security-industrial complex at their worst

As soon as I find a good job I'm out. Unfortunately I'm not at a point in my career where I can really afford to leave my current job. In that sense I'm not "free" at all. There's more to freedom that just a police officer telling you not to do something.

What the hell are you talking about?

A priority queue must at least support the following operations:

  • insert_with_priority: add an element to the queue with an associated priority.
  • pull_highest_priority_element: remove the element from the queue that has the highest priority, and return it. This is also known as "pop_element(Off)", "get_maximum_element" or "get_front(most)_element". Some conventions reverse the order of priorities, considering lower values to be higher priority, so this may also be known as "get_minimum_element", and is often referred to as "get-min" in the literature. This may instead be specified as separate "peek_at_highest_priority_element" and "delete_element" functions, which can be combined to produce "pull_highest_priority_element".

Poor guy... He is rocking along just fine with no idea of the Sub Forum and Mods drop him in the shark tank

Laughing Out Loud.

All he wanted was some support from other CR-1 people and instead he gets dropped into this.

The guy's unhappy with his wait time; I'm not sure how that is a current event or a hot social topic. But, I'm not a mod.

Immigration delays can be considered a social topic here on VJ.

If that is true then I really hope, with all of my heart, that any time somebody in the upper forumses complains about the wait, the thread gets moved here. Pretty soon, there will be no more complaints - and hardly anybody visiting VJ. It will be all CEHST, all the time.

But then there will be an extreme uptick of complaints of abuse by the regulars on the little people in the Site Related Discussion Forum.
