Just out of curiosity, what is usually the average time between receiving NoA1 and having an RFE appear? I know it probably varies but is there an average time it takes for USCIS to find a mistake and inform you?

I - 130 sent 2014-04-18

Got NOA1 2014-04-22

I-130 approved 2014-05-14

NVC received 2014-05-23

DS-261/AOS bill 2014-07-01

Submit DS-261 2014-07-01

Paid AOS 2014-07-01

Sent AOS pack 2014-07-04

IV fee invoice ???

Well there isn't any such statistic kept. An RFE isn't something someone wants some RFE's result in a denial.

It's all about when they get to your file which could be 3,4,5,6,12 months from now then they will review and approve, deny or ask for whatever they need.
